Our neighborhood continues to do well in the real estate market. These last 45 days, there were 9 new listings added to MLS for sale in Tanglewilde. The 14 homes for sale now range from a low of $209,000 to a high listing of $359,900. The price per sq foot breaks down to an asking price of $86.67 per sq foot for the low end of the range, $181.58 per sq foot on the asking price on the high range and the rest fall between $111.21 to $169.97 per sq foot.
With regard to rental information, there are presently only two homes listed for lease with one asking $1850 and the other $2700.
Many factors make up the decision of what your home may bring for pricing, some of those factors are upgrades, number of bedrooms, square footage, size of lot, and amenities.
All of these above are asking prices.
There have been two homes that have sold since my last report and those were sold at $279,000 and
$343,000. And there were 3 leased homes which leased for $1400, $1700 and $1995.
To keep your home in its best condition possible helps you ensure to be in a better position for the best
dollar value whenever you decide to market your property. Having a home look good is half the battle,

I always say, Houston has two seasons….summer and JULY and AUGUST. We are now there in the “other season”. Try to remember to turn up the thermostat when you leave the house, do the laundry in the evening hours, run pool pumps in the evening hours, and try to refrain from watering your yard in the middle of the day. All these things should help you get better value and reduce your expenses.
